We strongly believe in supporting missionaries around the globe with the sole purpose of reaching the unsaved with the Gospel of Christ, discipling converts and establishing local, New Testament churches. Pastor Adam Thompson and his family have personally helped establish local and indigenous churches in Argentina and in Mexico over a span of 15 years. After accepting the pastorate here at CCBC in 2009, he and his family have helped kindle the flame of foreign missions even stronger in the hearts of the members at Capitol City Baptist Church. It is our pledge to carry the Light of the Gospel from the heart of Texas around the world. We believe we have a mission to share the story of God's redemption at Calvary with every nation!

We support over 150 missionary families and that count continues to grow! We support new missionaries and raise the support of verteran missionaries as the Lord adds to the church and continues to prosper our members. To our knowledge, we have never missed a month of support to any of our missionaries! We believe in the work of each of these families and count them as faithful ambassadors. In our economy, we have only seen our investments of world-wide missions soar higher with the saving of souls and the establishement of local churches, orphanages, Christian schools, building projects, medical outreaches and radio ministries.
