We strongly believe in supporting missionaries around the globe with the purpose of reaching the unsaved with the Gospel of Christ, discipling converts and establishing local, New Testament churches. Pastor Adam Thompson and his family have personally helped establish several indigenous churches in Argentina and in Mexico during their fifteen years on the field. After accepting the pastorate here at CCBC in 2009, he and his family have helped kindle the flame of foreign missions even stronger in the hearts of the members at Capitol City Baptist Church. It is our pledge to carry the Light of the Gospel from the heart of Texas to the lost around the world. We believe we have a mission to share the story of God's redemption with every nation!
CCBC supports a great number of missionary families around the world! We believe in the work of each of these families and count them as faithful ambassadors. In our economy, we have only seen our investments of world-wide missions soar higher with the saving of souls and the establishment of local churches, orphanages, Christian schools, medical outreaches and radio ministries.
